Building Assets
The Block Panchayat buildings located on 40 Ares of land in survey number 272/3 of Kottarakkara Village; the Nedumankavu CHC building in Ward 9 of Karipra Grama Panchayat; the Pre-Metric Hostel on 10 Ares of land in Ezhukone Grama Panchayat; and in Kottarakkara Village—the Evening Home (Sayahna Mandiram), Seminar Hall-cum-Conference Hall, tractor shed, store room, Taluk SC Office, Block Office, Nedumankavu C.H.C., Doctors' Quarters, Harmony Hospital, mortuary, maternity block, and the X-ray & Mammogram building; as well as the Standing Committee Chairman's room and canteen building; along with the auditorium & training center constructed using the Swaraj Trophy award money, are the assets of the Block Panchayat. A Stapling & Trading Unit operating in a building on land transferred by certain C.S.E.D. functions under the control of the Block Panchayat.
